That plant looks like it means business... Yeah the other plants may not have a purpose now but keep an eye on them, later they might tell you something that the pumpkin plant isnt telling you.

The peppers are just taking advantage of the greenhouse and I don't think they will compete overly much. Nasturtiums are even supposed to be beneficial. I didn't think of the potential benefit of them being a "canary in the mine" though, and I'm not sure how well I would read those plants as I specialize in pumpkins!

There's a lot of "canary companions" I dont have a list but pretty much everything from soil moisture to every nutrient, something will show it before the pumpkin does. In some regards pumpkins are bruttes, they can take a lot before showing symptoms.
