Trying to capture accurate 24 hr measurements. Wondering what time of day is the growth slowest? Is it slowest from like 5 am to 11 am? Maybe thats the best time to measure.

If you want accurate 24 hour measurements, measure exactly 24 hours after you take the first measurement.

I wish that were true but slight variations in the weather seem to shift the evening growth surge forwards or backwards... So I'm thinking I need to switch to a less dynamic time of the day to measure.

Does someone have a link to someone's hourly growth data for a pumpkin growing on a scale?

LK- I understand your question now. I thought you were asking how to measure growth between 24 hour periods not at various points within it. Yes, it grows at different rates depending on the environmental factors.

I see they grow more in the am??! But I thought they grew more in the evening hours. So I guess Im back to rethinking everything. Again.
