Hi,
I have emailed Ken with a screenshot. I have not been able to successfully post my grower diary entries. Please, if anyone is also having the same issues, reach out to Ken. I am sure this will get resolved and holding my photos for now. Thanks Julie (biddygoat)

Some of the grower diary submission pages do not work with Mac's or some phones. If you are having issues, please tell me what browser you are using and if you are on a phone or computer.

For best results, take your pictures horizontally.

Hi Ken, I sent an email again today to you. I get a weird error I saw on my android using google chrome and then when I tried using my dell pc with google chrome I noticed the same odd error.

Sometimes, it sort of works and then it stops. I think there is a bug in the system. I tried explorer and edge, so the same thing happens as shown below.

Its hard to tell how the entry looks since I can't see anything if it seems like it works. I find I am redoing each entry and then later nothing shows.

Wouldn't it make sense to allow the user to rotate their photos in the diary entry before submitting? The pictures are upright when taken.

I would like to take photos and enter them on my phone while I am in the garden, but these issues seem to persist. It s kinda annoying.

Please let me know when this is working. thanks!

It could possibly be the site is outdated and unable to retrieve or interpret the binary data. If there are many restrictions in the code strings this can also prevent uploading of text and photos. If possible, please check if there is a file size restriction in the code.
