I guess the permethrin or malathion or imidacloprid is working (maybe its the imidacloprid since there are also dead cb's in a newly opened flower that was never sprayed). I'm trying to remove any excess male flowers before they open so honey bees don't get to them and get a dose of imidacloprid. Expecting mid to upper 90's this coming week, thinking of ways to protect the plants (sprinkler all day? canopy? light cloth covering? OTT on the first 656 Domke pumpkin pollinated is 41 at 7 DAP.
