A note about the smaller, darker green plant... a long time ago I thought "well maybe the darker green plant will produce better" because green is good, right? But in reality it's probably low in phosphorus or something and the magnesium/sugars isnt being transported into the roots. Hence the darker green is actually signaling a dysfunction. Bigger and lighter green is better!
