Sunday, March 16 View Page For folks that attended Green Bay there is a bit of confusion about my observation(s) of late dap fruit giving back pounds. Somehow this was mistaken for simple transpiration loss. I truly wish it was that simple. Rest assured I tested obvious modalities for weigh preservation including a complete vapor lock on the 2144.5 for 48hrs while still on vine. Even though this test essentially shut down all fruit transpiration it was a futile attempt to prevent or even slow the witnessed give back. This is how I confirmed my suspicions that transpiration was indeed NOT the chief pound thief; It was phloem.
